Demulsifier Fuel Oil Premium

Demulsifier Fuel Oil Premium Demulsifier breaks water-in-oil emulsions by lowering the surface tension between the two phases. It is insoluble in water and remains effective even after the water has been removed.

It is insoluble in water and remains effective even after the water has been removed. Powerful dispersants combat existing sludge formations while homogenising the fuel to prevent new sludge from being formed. Centrifugal separation of catalyst fines is improved, reducing abrasion damage. The homogenising action of  RXSOL Demulsifier keeps heavy fuel particles in suspension, therefore fuel filters block less frequently, tanks and lines remain cleaner, and in general, fuel systems maintenance is minimised. Consequently, a greater proportion of supplied fuel is available for combustion.

Precautions

RXSOL Demulsifier Fuel Oil Premium Prevents sludge formation in tanks and lines.

How does RXSOL Demulsifier Fuel Oil work?

Demulsification

The demulsifier interferes with the interfacial film stabilizing water droplets within the fuel. This promotes coalescence of small water droplets into larger droplets, allowing the water to separate more readily from the oil phase.

Sludge Dispersion

Dispersant components help loosen and disperse existing sludge and heavy hydrocarbon deposits. This can reduce the accumulation of large sludge masses and help maintain a more uniform fuel condition.

Fuel Homogenization

The treatment helps maintain heavier fuel components and contaminants in a more manageable dispersed condition, reducing the tendency for excessive accumulation in tanks, lines and filters.

Useful area

Uses of RXSOL Demulsifier Fuel Oil Premium helps to reduce DOWN TIME of Maintenance. Reduction of sludge means water free FUEL, RXSOL Demulsifier Fuel Oil Premium  Breaks water-in-oil emulsions which Improves separator efficiency also.

Testing Fuel Compatibility

• New bunker deliveries
• Blended fuels
• Very high-viscosity HFO
• Fuel with heavy sludge
• Fuel from different suppliers
• Fuels with known stability problems

Generic name

Keywords

Demulsifier Fuel Oil is a concentrated chemical treatment designed to break water-in-oil emulsions in heavy fuel oil and other petroleum-based fuels. It promotes rapid separation of entrained water from fuel, helping improve fuel purification and separator performance.

The formulation also contains dispersant components that help loosen and disperse existing sludge and maintain heavy fuel contaminants in a more homogeneous condition. This can reduce sludge accumulation in fuel tanks, pipelines, filters and fuel-handling systems.

By improving water separation, sludge control and fuel conditioning, the product helps maintain cleaner fuel systems and supports more consistent fuel preparation before combustion.
