Cement Remover Gel RX Hold

Cement Remover Gel Manufacturer, Supplier and Exporter. Cleaning of cement without chemicals is the very hard job, As its hard bonding strength required high force. Which can damage bonding surface. Chemical cleaning helps to break cement bond in minutes.

It is highly concentrated and powerful penetrating agents materials which is effectively react with cement to loosen the bonding strength . Best results can obtain on dry surface of cement.  RXSOL'S R & D  has developed this molecular cement dissolver as an alternative to using hazardous acids for concrete removal. Back-Set is a one-of-a-kind formula.

RXSOL-22-2202-035 turned this vulnerability into an opportunity. "Back-Set" safely removes hardened concrete from a variety of difficult to clean surfaces. It break down the ionic bond in portland cement, releasing the cement from any surface to which it has adhered.

This liquid mixture specifically designed to deal with hard cases of cement cargo deposits or dry cement stains. Its proven advantage is the provision of immediate penetration and complete dissolution of cement, the result being a thorough cleaning.

Chemically Back-Set converts the positive ions in the hardened matrix into negative ions, which dissolves the cement into mud that can be rinsed away. Because it works chemically, rather than mechanically, Back-Set may be used to remove cured concrete, mortar, grout, and stucco from virtually any surface without harm.

The hardened concrete is saturated with Back-Set, either with a brush or by spraying. After 15-20 minutes, the area is again saturated with the chemical. The concrete typically begins to soften in 20-30 minutes, and can be rinsed off with water.

Dosage

Excellent, concentrated and very effective cement remover with powerful dissolving properties used on cement and bulk carriers.

The amount required for dosage can be obtained BY knowing the deposition composition as well as nature of cement to be removed.5 to 20 % recommended. These are recommended values based on experience. For optimum results dose RXSOL-22-2202-035 directly to the surface.

Undiluted: In cases where we deal with heavy deposit build–up, CEMENT REMOVER must be applied undiluted.
Diluted: In cases of light deposition, on large surface areas, a solution between 10–40% may be used.

B. Cleaning Procedure

Undiluted/Diluted: In parts such as corner cavities, tank skeleton inlets, etc, Apply RXSOL-22-2202-035 through the hard brush, mop, sponge or any other manual method. Let it soak for 15 minutes. Afterwards, wash thoroughly by applying high–pressure water source. In case of deposit persistence, repeat the cleaning procedure.

Refer to the technical datasheet.

METHOD :::
1. For heavy deposition and thick layers of cement, a concentrated and stronger cleaner will be necessary to cut through the layers of cement.
2. Use a scraper, metal scrubber or flat head screwdriver to remove as much of the cement as possible.
3. For the remaining cement, apply this chemical
4. Once the cement loosens, scrub the area with a scrubber until it is all removed from the surface.
5. Rinse the area well with clean water.
6.Clean the area with alkaline soap and water
7. The flush system completely.

Precautions

1. Apply cement remover on cement,  to loosen the bond between the cement and the surface.
2. Give Sufficient time of reaction will loose bond of cement completely.
3. Repeat the 1st step on the cement for at least an hour or two.
4. For hot climate avoid evaporation, reapply frequently to keep the area moist.
5. After the cement starts to loosen, scrub the area with either a brush, Scotch Brite pad or scouring pad.
6. If a small amount remains, reapply Cement dissolver chemical and allow it to set again.
7. Scrub again until all of the cement is removed.
8. Flush the area with water.
