Disodium EDTA is a Sequestering Agent, which is used in various Industries such as Pharmaceutical, Photography, Textile, Boiler Turbine scale removal, Agriculture. It is used for removing unwanted inorganic impurities present in the system, which helps in getting superior performance & cost saving.

It is a well - balanced blend for boiler water treatment products, resulting in a scale and corrosion control by one shot operation. A one-step treatment to control the formation of rust and scale in low pressure and auxillary boilers with working pressure up to 20 bars.

The stability of the added polymers are very useful for water treatment processes. Such polymers with low molecular weights cannot only inhibit calcium, magnesium, and silica scale in cooling towers and boilers, but also help corrosion control by dispersing iron oxide.

RXSOL-50-5004-025  is a well-balanced blend of several powder for boiler water treatment, resulting in a scale and corrosion control by one simple operation.

Characteristics:-

Hardness Control is a white dry powder Phosphate Boiler Water Treatment product used for the reduction of hardness in boilers. Hardness Control is highly soluble in water and It will precipitate calcium hardness as a non-adherent sludge.

A precipitant designed to eliminate scale deposits and lower the hardness of water in boilers with working pressure up to 60 bars.

To prevent oil sludge deposits when feedwater becomes contaminated by oil. Boiler Coagulant prevents the formation of deposits on boiler internal surfaces. Sludge is kept dispersed in small particles and conditioned to be removed by normal blowdown. In this way tube overheating due to deposits is avoided.

RXSOL-50-5008-025 is a Liquid sludge conditioner designed to prevent deposits and most common Boiler water treatment chemicals..DOSES : The initial dosage is 20 ml of treatment daily for every ton of boiler capacity. Bottom blow down is required daily when using Boiler Coagulant.
