Drilling Foam RXSOL

DRILLING FOAM RXXSOL is is a biodegradable mixture of biodegradable surfactants and foam stabilizer which has been formulated as a foaming agent fresh, brackish and sea water for various drilling operations.

Handling and Storage ::

DRILLING FOAM RXSOL  should be stored in the original supplied package for getting a long shelf life. It can also be stored in stainless steel containers. The product should be maintained within the recommended temperature range. If the concentrate freezes during transport or storage, thawing with gentle remixing will render the product completely usable.

DRILLING FOAM RXSOL  may be used in a variety of drilling operations. Oil Well Drilling, ranging from simple air drilling to stiff foam drilling where the foam is reinforced by the use of polymers.

DRILLING FOAM RXSOL  concentration may vary depending on the specific drilling system and equipment used. However for air drilling, drill foam can be used as an effective dust suppressant, at 0.1 - 0.2% by volume in injection water. For normal drilling condition, foam can be used as 0.5-1% by volume in injection water.

DRILLING FOAM RXSOL can be mixed in water tank and introduced into the airstream. A foam injection pump with nozzle can be used. The foam drill concentration may vary depending on the specific drilling system and equipment used. Use water as clean as possible to mix to prevent fines and dirt from damaging or blocking suction-line filters of the small parts and passages of the foam pump.
