IRON METAL POWDER ELECTROLYTIC
Electrolytic Iron Powder is a preferred and recommended iron for making iron supplements for human nutrition, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, chemical reagent, diamond cutting tools, coating, etcwhere high purity raw material is prominently used.
The electrolytic iron powder with controlled shape and size of particles and required structural, physical and functional properties was synthesized. The electrolytic precipitation of dispersed iron was carried out using a steel soluble anode and a titanium cathode. Sulfate electrolyte was used; the shape of the cathode was a plate; the electrolysis time was 1 h.
Electrolytic iron could be considered as the purest form of iron and is derived from the chemical electrolysis of the solution containing iron compound like ferrous sulphate. The purity of this type of iron makes it suitable for various purposes in manufacturing, chemicals, and food & pharmacy industry.
