For taking bottom samples (that is within 13 mm from the bottom of the tank)the dipper is lowered till the projecting steam of the valve rod strikes the bottom of the tank. Dielectric liquid may be sampled either through the sampling valve at the tank outlet or by means of thief dipper.

Unit consist of - Top & Bottom cover, Cylinder with piston type arrangement act as a non return valve Mechnanism .
