VMCH resin is a high molecular weight, carboxyl-functional terpolymer comp rised of vinyl chloride, vinyl acetate and maleic acid. It is supplied as a powder. VMCH resin provides good adhesion to vinyl, metals, and concrete and celllulosic substrates. This resin gives highly flexible, post-formable coatings on metal coil and sheet.

Cobalt acetate are metallic salts of low-molecular-weight carboxylic acids. Hydrocarbon parts take oxygen in air and metals act as catalyst to speed up the oxidative coating, due to this property It is used as a dryer in paint and varnish. Driers are substances put into paint to make dry quickly.. 

Cobalt acetate is a powerful oxidation catalyst. It is used as a feed additive mineral supplement.
