Glyceryl triacetate, C9H14O6, also known as triacetin, is a pharmaceutical excipient used in manufacturing of capsules and tablets,  and has been used as a humectant, plasticizer, and solvent. 

A common laboratory method that uses two dyes called hematoxylin and eosin that make it easier to see different parts of the cell under a microscope. Hematoxylin shows the ribosomes, chromatin (genetic material) within the nucleus, and other structures as a deep blue-purple color.

GLYCYL GLYCINE It is used in the synthesis of more complex peptides. Glycylglycine has also been reported to be helpful in solubilizing recombinant proteins in E. coli. Using different concentrations of the glycylglycine improvement in protein solubility after cell lysis has been observed.
