HEC (hydroxyethyl cellulose) is a high-molecular-weight,high-quality, modified, structural polysaccharide. Nonionic,HEC is suited for viscosifying brines.

It is a liquid polyamine, shale inhibitor used in polymer-base drilling and drill-in fluids.Shale inhibition is achieved by preventing water uptake by clays, and by providing superior cuttings integrity. The additive effectively inhibits shale or gumbo clays from hydrating and minimizes the potential for bit balling. The Rxsol ORG  shale inhibitor can be added directly to the mud system with no effect on viscosity or filtration properties.

Advantages :

Potassium silicates are widely used in Oilfield applications in drilling fluid formulations for cleaning the drilling bit and carrying the rock cuttings to the surface.  Other Oilfield applications include well conformance, cementing, treatment/remediation, and enhanced oil recovery.

HEMATITE is a high density weighting material. The hematite ore used as a weighting agent in drilling fluids has a mica like crystal structure
ground to a particle size suitable for use in drilling fluids.

Attapulgite Clay is also known as Salt Water Clay. It coats the sides of the holes, which prevents leaks and cave-ins. It helps in continuous drilling without having to bail out the cuttings from the bottom of the well. It cleans the bits and carries cuttings (pieces of soil and rock back to the surface). It meets API 13A specifications.

SPECIAL COATING ( PAINT) INDUSTRY :

• Barytes due to high specific gravity and bulk density gives lower oil absorption which is very much advantageous to increase pigment ratio without very much affecting the rheological properties of  the paint. E.g. Flat Wall Paints, Traffic Paints and Primer surfacers etc.

• Barytes Extender, due to its excellent resistance to acids and alkalies, find maximum usage in Chemical resistance coatings.

This is most common oxygen treatment as a scavengers used to effectively remove dissolved  OXYGEN from your feedwater. By the presence of dissolved oxygen in system, corrosion and pitting caused on metal surface. Removes dissolved oxygen, By acting as an oxygen scavenger.

Very effective for cleanup during the displacement of oil or synthetic base drilling fluids prior to the start of completion operations.

Glyco Dril MC polyglycol is a medium-cloud-point additive designed for medium-to-high salinity polyglycol systems. It can provide improved wellbore stability, lubricity, high-temperature filtration control, plus reduce dilution rates and bit balling. While polyglycols are most effective when used in conjunction with an inhibitive salt, such as KCl, in a non-dispersed polymer system, they can be used as additives in most water-base systems. Glyco Dril MC  polyglycol is acceptable for most applications specifying low-toxicity additives.
