Silica Gel Breather helps to avoid entry of humidity and dust inside the transformer oil, humidity is main causes of fluctuation of DIELECTRIC STRENGTH, which is damaging the transformer functionality and out put of current flow. To maintain Humidity Silica Gel Breather plays a very important role in TRANSFORMER.

Silica gels comes in 3 main types: A, B, and C. Type-A  is a narrow pore gel with pore openings of approximately 28 angstroms. We are Manufacturer of A-type Silica Gel which is commonly called Fine Pore Silica Gel. Our A-Type Silica Gel contains fine pores & has large internal surface area. Having high moisture-absorbing capacity at low humidity, our A-Type Silica Gel is used as a desiccant for storing food and metal parts. As the beads take up moisture, they turn to light blue gradually & When they turn pink, When the gel has absorbed approximately 8 % percent of its weight in water the coloured crystals will turn from blue to pink making an easy visual indicator of whether the gel has become saturated with moisture. It indicates that the gel needs to be replaced or regenerated.
