  3. Apply by: Spray or Brush
  4. Wipe with lint-free cloth
  5. Allow to dry completely before casting
  6. Reapply as required based on cycle count
Compatible with:
  • Polyester-based PU systems
  • Polyether-based PU systems
  • Filled and unfilled formulations
  • Not recommended to mix directly into PU resin
  • Compatibility testing advised before large-scale use

Dilute the product using water with a hardness not exceeding 250 ppm (expressed as CaCO₃), adjusting the dilution level according to the intended application technique, such as spray or pad application. The molds should be completely clean before treatment. Typically, one treatment with Mold Release Agent will remain effective for two to ten molding cycles, depending on the design complexity of the mold and the type of material being molded.
